Membership 

Alabama Association of the Deaf is a non-profit volunteer member organization that
focuses on Deaf rights. As an organization, AAD has advocated for mental health services,
emergency preparedness, education, interpreting services, captioning, and other accessibility
issues concerning the quality of life of Deaf Alabamians. You are contributing to the advocacy of
Deaf Alabamians with respect to our civil, human, and American Sign Language (ASL) linguistic
rights. Your membership and involvement are crucial to the success of this organization. Please
complete this form and submit payment of $20.00 per person, which is good for a period of two
